Access in the Community
It is important for your child who is deaf or hard of hearing to participate fully in the community. Fortunately, pioneers have fought hard to institute laws that assist tremendously. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was a huge step forward to open doors for people with hearing loss.
